Warmest greeting to honorable Samdech, HRH, H.E, Oknha; respected Lady, and Gentleman.First of all, as Director General and on behalf of management and fellow colleagues, I am very glad and grateful to all valued customer of Cambodia Post that well support us and make Cambodia Post outstanding to-date. As we all aware of, that we are now in age of digital, the thing are moving in fast pace; including Cambodia Post is also in the new area of postal service that Royal Government of Cambodia has transformed the entity into public enterprise since 01 January 2011. Since then, we have upgrade many things from most manual work to a more modern ICT technology system such as all mail postal items are now managed by Counter Automation, upgrade to IFS for domestic and international money order, and up-to-date of IPS system for keeping all mail under control with track & trace facilities. Moreover, in responding to new trend and demanding of postal information from our customer, Cambodia Post has developed this web portal in a way to accommodate more inquiry and better well inform, customer just clicks the menu bar for related information that wish to know.
Last, I’d like to request all of our customer to continues support and give us feedback in order to raise the Cambodia Post services a higher level, more satisfactory for us to catch up with rest of the modern world.
